Damaged During Shipping

We carefully package each order to help protect your EncloSure™ lid during transit. If your order arrives damaged:

1. Contact JW Designs as soon as possible after delivery.
2. Provide photos of the packaging and damaged product.
3. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, resolutions may include replacement parts, repair options, or replacement of the damaged item.

Manufacturing Defects

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact JW Designs with details and photos so we can evaluate the issue.

When appropriate, JW Designs may provide a repair, replacement, or another reasonable resolution.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the small-batch nature of our products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Standard products may be eligible for return if:

• The product is unused.
• The product has not been modified.
• The product is returned in its original condition.
• The customer contacts JW Designs before returning the item.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to damage, defect, or an error by JW Designs.

Custom Products

Custom enclosure lids and modified products are created specifically for the customer's enclosure or requirements.

Because of their customized nature, custom products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an issue caused by JW Designs.

Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming enclosure size, model, and compatibility before ordering.

JW Designs provides product information and fitment guidance to assist customers, but customers should verify their enclosure specifications before purchase.
