Because our products are made in small batches and cut to order, all sales are final. However:

 

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the issue.

• Email us at support@jwdesignsmfg.com with your order number and photos.

 

We do not offer returns on custom or modified products.
